Open a merge request or pull request

The ticket skill (bglad-ticket-mr, help menu MR) with intent create-mr, after Solo or Team tests have passed.

git_forge on the org overlay is gitlab or github. If it is empty, the skill asks. It does not assume a host.

Either host

• Title {workflow.mr_title_format}
• Assignee and reviewers from the squad overlay
• Ask for the matching git username when the user means “me”
• Then write a knowledge note (bglad-knowledge). Specs stay in the Spec location from install.

GitLab (git_forge = "gitlab")

• Squash and delete source branch
• glab or GitLab MCP create_merge_request

GitHub (git_forge = "github")

• gh pr create or GitHub MCP create_pull_request
• Prefer squash merge; delete source branch when the host allows it
