Knowledge note

The knowledge note skill (bglad-knowledge, help menu NOTE) writes engineering memory into the product repo: gotchas, commands, why a choice was made. Not product docs. Not a copy of the spec. Not BMad’s _bmad-output planning files.

Default folder: {project-root}/knowledge/. Override in bglad-how-we-work.local.md (for example client/knowledge/).

File: {TICKET}-short-slug.md. Add a row to that folder’s README.md.

Point back to the spec (Jira key, Confluence page, or markdown path). Do not paste Problem, Acceptance, or Design from the spec.
